Il faut un téléphone compatible eSIM et désimlocké : iPhone XS ou plus récent, la plupart des Google Pixel (3+), Samsung Galaxy S20+ et bien d'autres. Composez *#06# — si un EID s'affiche, l'eSIM est prise en charge.
› Quand commence la période de validité ?
Pour la plupart des forfaits, à la première connexion de l'eSIM à un réseau de la destination, pas à l'achat. Si c'est différent, c'est indiqué sur la fiche du forfait.
› En combien de temps je reçois l'eSIM ?
Dès la confirmation du paiement : Lightning et USDT-TRC20 sont quasi instantanés ; Bitcoin on-chain demande une confirmation.
› Puis-je être remboursé ?
Oui, tant que l'eSIM n'a pas été installée ni activée. Après activation ou toute consommation de data, ce n'est plus possible. Voir la Politique de remboursement.
› Comment recharger ?
Ouvrez la page Recharger, saisissez votre ICCID (sur la page de commande), choisissez un pack, payez. Sans connexion.
› Les appels et SMS fonctionnent-ils ?
Ce sont des eSIM data uniquement. Utilisez les messageries pour appeler ; ce produit ne reçoit pas les SMS de vérification.
