The service may only be used for lawful purposes. Fraud, spam, network abuse, and any activity illegal in the destination country are prohibited.

Buying through the public API, the MCP server or a prepaid wallet for your own use is allowed, including by an AI agent acting for a person; so is reselling individual eSIMs. Automated bulk purchasing for resale requires our reseller API (contact us).

We reserve the right to suspend eSIMs involved in confirmed abuse, following our supplier's and carriers' policies.

Payments from sanctioned jurisdictions or flagged addresses may be declined by our AML screening.
