› Do I need an account or KYC?
No. Pick a plan, pay by card or crypto, get your QR code. The order link is your access — save it.
› Is my phone compatible?
You need an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phone: iPhone XS or newer, most Google Pixel (3+), Samsung Galaxy S20+ and many others. Dial *#06# — if you see an EID, eSIM is supported.
› When does the validity period start?
For most plans the clock starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the destination, not at purchase. The plan card says if it differs.
› How fast do I get the eSIM?
Right after your payment confirms: Lightning and USDT-TRC20 are near-instant; Bitcoin on-chain takes one confirmation.
› Can I get a refund?
Yes — before the eSIM is installed/activated. After activation or any data usage refunds aren't possible. See the Refund Policy.
› How do I top up?
Open the Top up page, enter your ICCID (it's on your order page), pick a pack, pay. No login needed.
› Does it work for calls and SMS?
These are data-only eSIMs. Use messengers for calls; for SMS-verification services this product won't receive texts.
