esimker.com is operated by VERA LLC, a company registered in the Republic of Armenia (state registration no. 99.110.1265930). This page explains how card payments on the site are protected.

Card payments are made only with 3-D Secure

All card payments on esimker.com are processed exclusively with 3-D Secure authentication (Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, ArCa 3-D Secure). Before a payment is completed, the bank that issued your card asks you to confirm it, usually with a one-time code or in your banking app. A payment that is not confirmed this way is not processed.

Your card details are protected

Card details are entered on the protected payment page of Ardshinbank, not on esimker.com. The full card number and the card security code (CVV/CVC) never reach our systems and are not stored by us. We receive only the result of the payment and the references we need to deliver, reconcile or refund the order.

A protected connection

The whole site works only over HTTPS: the connection between your browser and esimker.com is encrypted with a TLS security certificate, and a visit over plain HTTP is redirected to the encrypted address.

Currency

Your card is charged in US dollars. Amounts in Armenian drams shown beside the prices are for reference, at the Central Bank of Armenia exchange rate of the date stated. Your bank may convert the charge at its own rate.

If something looks wrong

Never share a one-time confirmation code with anyone, including someone who says they are from esimker. If you see a payment you do not recognise, contact your bank and write to us at info@esimker.com or call +374 91 533 470.
