Terms of Service

We sell prepaid access to mobile data packages (data-only eSIM profiles) supplied by licensed telecom partners. The product is digital and delivered instantly after payment confirmation.

An account is optional. Your order link with a secret token always gives access to the purchased eSIM, and without an account it is the only way in — you are responsible for keeping it private. An order placed while signed in to an account, or paid for as a guest with the email address an account later confirms, is also shown in that account.

Prices are listed in USD. You can pay by card or in supported cryptocurrencies; for crypto the amount is converted at the payment processor's rate at checkout time.

Plan validity, data volume, coverage and speed are defined by the underlying carrier and shown on the plan card before purchase. Actual network speed depends on local carrier conditions.

We may refuse or refund an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or sanctions compliance. Service is not available to residents of embargoed jurisdictions.

Creating an account is optional and does not change how you can buy: every eSIM can still be ordered as a guest, with just the order link. If you register, deleting the account later removes the email address, the password, and every session and passkey tied to it — but not your orders, which we keep as accounting records, or a wallet balance, which stays reachable with its wallet code.
