› Is my phone compatible?
You need an eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phone: iPhone XS or newer, most Google Pixel (3+), Samsung Galaxy S20+ and many others. Dial *#06# — if you see an EID, eSIM is supported.
› When does the validity period start?
For most plans the clock starts when the eSIM first connects to a supported network in the destination, not at purchase. The plan card says if it differs.
› How fast do I get the eSIM?
Right after your payment confirms. USDT on TRON or BNB Smart Chain and TRX take a minute or two, Ethereum a few minutes, Bitcoin on-chain the longest — usually 10–30 minutes.
› Can I get a refund?
Yes — before the eSIM is installed/activated. After activation or any data usage refunds aren't possible. See the Refund Policy.
