Where your traffic comes out
United Kingdom. Websites see you there, not in the country you are visiting; streaming catalogues and apps that check your location go by that address.
After the daily allowance
A Daily Unlimited pass slows to 384 Kbps, 512 Kbps, or 1 Mbps until the next day. It is never cut off. How daily passes work
Top-ups
Add data to the same eSIM later, with no new QR code. A Daily Unlimited pass is bought for its full number of days and cannot be extended.
Buying ahead
Install any time within 180 days of purchase. For most plans the days start counting on the first connection at the destination, not at checkout.
Calls and SMS
Data only, with no phone number. Call over a messenger; a service that verifies you by SMS cannot reach this eSIM.

Uzbekistan: the 30-day phone rule a roaming eSIM skips

Uzbekistan registers the IMEI of every phone that uses an Uzbek SIM. From the first connection to a local operator you have 30 days to register the handset through the UZIMEI system and pay the fee — 88,000 soum since August 2025, more if you are late — and after that an unregistered phone is refused service. The registry's own tariff lists phones of non-residents in roaming at zero: they are not registered and pay nothing. A roaming eSIM is that case.

For the classic route — Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva — coverage is solid in the cities and along the railway that links them; the fast train has gaps in the desert stretches. Off that line, in the Nuratau hills, the Aral Sea region and the Fergana valley's mountain edges, expect less.

The eSIM carries data only, with no Uzbek number. Yandex Go is the taxi app in every city and takes a foreign number; cash is still common, and cards work in the big hotels and restaurants.

Which plan for which trip

Messengers and maps are light. Video, calls and a laptop on a hotspot are what use data up.

How to install it

  1. 01

    Check your phone

It has to take an eSIM and must not be locked to a carrier. Does your phone support eSIM?

  2. 02

    Scan the QR code

After payment the QR code is on your order page. Scan it in the phone's settings — at home, over Wi-Fi.

  3. 03

Switch it on when you land

Turn on data roaming for the esimker line. It finds the network by itself.

Frequently asked questions

› Do I have to register my phone's IMEI in Uzbekistan?

Not with this eSIM. Registration within 30 days applies to phones on an Uzbek SIM. Phones in roaming are exempt and pay nothing.

› Does it work on the Samarkand–Bukhara train?

In the cities and stations, yes. Between them the line crosses desert, and the signal drops for stretches.

› I am staying more than a month — what then?

Nothing changes for the phone: there is no 30-day clock on roaming. Choose a package long enough, or top it up.
